What counts as one analysis?

One complete reflection session on one decision. Ray walks you through the question, surfaces considerations and consequences, and helps you see your choice from angles you might have missed. Sessions can be short or long — the analysis is the session, not the message count.

What if I only need a single decision?

You can buy a single analysis for $3.99, or three for $9.99 — one-time purchases with no subscription. Credits never expire, so you can use them whenever your decision arrives. It's the same full reflection session as any plan.

What happens if I use all my monthly analyses?

Nothing you haven't chosen. There is no overage charge — we don't bill you for going over. You can buy 3 more decisions for $9.99 and use them straight away, or simply wait for your allowance to reset at the start of your next month.

How does the annual plan work?

Both Starter and Pro can be billed once a year instead of monthly, at two months' discount — Starter is $70 a year and Pro is $180. You get the same monthly allowance either way: 5 analyses a month on Starter, 15 on Pro. The allowance resets at the start of each month and unused analyses don't roll over.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. You can upgrade to annual at any time and we'll credit your remaining monthly balance. Downgrading from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.

Where is Raythinks available?

South Africa, for now. We're opening one country at a time so the legal and privacy position is right in each. Other regions will follow.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your conversations with Ray are encrypted and never used to train AI models. We treat what you share with the same care you do.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with no questions. Monthly cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual cancellations preserve access through the period you've paid for.
