What counts as one analysis?

One complete reflection session on one decision. Ray walks you through the question, surfaces considerations and consequences, and helps you see your choice from angles you might have missed. Sessions can be short or long — the analysis is the session, not the message count.

What if I only need a single decision?

You can buy a single analysis for $3.99— a one-time purchase with no subscription. The credit never expires, so you can use it whenever your decision arrives. It's the same full reflection session as any plan.

What happens if I use more than my monthly analyses?

On Starter and Pro, additional analyses are billed at $1 each. You'll see a clear indicator before any overage charge, and you can pause if you prefer.

How does the annual plan work?

Annual is the Pro plan billed once a year — $180 for 30 analyses every month, with two months effectively free. Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each month; unused analyses don't roll over.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. You can upgrade to annual at any time and we'll credit your remaining monthly balance. Downgrading from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your conversations with Ray are encrypted and never used to train AI models. We treat what you share with the same care you do.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with no questions. Monthly cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual cancellations preserve access through the period you've paid for.
